Laminating

Laminating

Thermal Laminating

Laminating refers to the joining of several materials. In thermal laminating, a thermoplastic combines the respective material webs with heat and pressure. The main focus is on the thermal processes, on an optimal web guidance and a flexible adjustability of the lamination parameters. In the downstream processes, the end products are cooled in a controlled manner. This enables optimal planning and forms the basic prerequisite for further processing steps.

Key-Features

  • thermal pretreatment e.g. Heating rollers, roller conveyors, IR emitters or combinations
  • precise temperature control
  • Working width up to 4,000 mm
  • optimal processes through short and variable web paths
