Plant control systems provided by KKA are characterized through plant-specific and individual functionalities as well as superior quality of the components used. Thus a reliable, long lasting production is ensured. Our concept is to involve customers already in the project phase and to provide for their specific requirements. In cooperation with them, individual plant control system solutions are developed on the basis of our long standing experience in this field.
Whether switching technology or frequency-controlled drive technology - we always rely on products of renowned suppliers. By way of example, we use SINAMICS by Siemens (among others) for our drive solutions. Compliance with up-to-date safety standards plays an important role in the selection of components and, together with a failsafe PLC control system, offers the advantage of programme consistency for our hardware. In our hardware planning, the current software version of the CAE market leader EPLAN is used.
