For several decades, KKA GmbH has been supplying machinery and equipment for the finishing of thin PE web-type materials destined for the world market for hygiene products. Since then we have been supporting our customers with innovative solutions.

In this industrial sector, KKA and Berry Global are linked by a successful business relationship that has been developed worldwide, also through various subsidiaries, and has lasted for decades. A fine example of joint innovative strength and trust.

Now we have once again succeeded in commissioning a new production line together with a leading global manufacturer of flexographic printing systems. As is usual in this industry segment, the focus was on the seamless integration of a KKA micro-PE embossing system into the complex upstream and downstream finishing steps. A symbiosis of perfect drive control and process engineering expertise enable high production speeds. Despite the ongoing corona pandemic, the project was successfully commissioned on schedule in the USA.
