Winding & Converting
An excellent Winding Quality is the main requirement for all KKA finishing lines. KKA covers a wide spectrum of winding technologies. Simple pneumatic retarded winding stations, fully automatic turret winder or tailor-made short roll winder ensure a smooth production. The integration of KKA Winding Systems, as independent units into already existing production lines, can occur without any problems.
Jumbo Winder
To ensure a continuous production process, the use of reliable winding technology is indispensable. The structural designs cover winding requirements with or without winding shaft or with or without cores. The corresponding roll or winding shaft handling can be adapted to customer-specific logistics.
Automatic Winder
The KKA portfolio offers a range of nonstop winding technology for continuous operation of the production lines. A wide variation of system components such as cross cutters, slitting systems, adapted material- and winding-shaft handling and turreting contact rollers result in optimum winding quality.
Converting
In order to produce according to demand, KKA lines can be equipped with innovative short roll winding systems. Depending on the application, those machines can also be equipped with cutting systems or automatic roller end closures. The modular machine concepts allow an high flexibility to produce high quality converted rolls.
