For the production of intermediate products for the diaper or sanitary napkin production (e.g. backsheet) the KKA product range offers different finishing variants. Micro embossing of LDPE foils is an essential part of this process. Common standards here are the integration of the embossing calenders in flexo printing machines or as tandem stations, in blown film lines. Precise temperature management, crease-free and tension-reduced web transport and constant line loads are essential for an even embossing image. Various system configurations enable excellent results with common film thicknesses from 10-300 µm.
